There are two types of timeshare, deeded and right to use. Deeded properties allow for the timeshare holder to use the timeshare as if it were their property. Right to use allows for individuals to have a guaranteed usage time slot for their timeshare. Trading, renting out, or using a timeshare is possible with both types. Timeshares all have a volatile market that can work for or against you.

Many people like to buy timeshares in various places around the world.
